St. John's Methodist Church By-Laws and Book of Discipline
St. John’s Church Council will meet in the Faith Center on June 18, 2024 at 6 pm for an extremely important vote in preparation for separation. The By-Laws and St. John’s Book of Discipline (below) have been developed by our legal counsel, lead pastor, and chair of the Separation Committee. The bases of both documents are the 2016 UMC Book of Discipline and SC Non-Profit Law. Kent Porth, our lawyer, will be present on June 18 to answer questions. This will be an up or down vote, without any amendment, due to legal requirements.
VBS is June 17th-20th!
Come dive into friendship with God!
